Brief
To build a fully functional bitcoin auction site in 3 weeks, fully tested. The project then turned into facilitating events, and has gone on to host auctions for 3 events in the Bitcoin Space.
Analysis
I performed a competitor analysis on all known bitcoin auction sites, identifying the various technologies, user experiences, and designs that were being used.
Testing & Choice
I spent several days testing and deciding the fastest route to delivering the site at high quality in the very short timeline available. After deciding the technologies involved I spun up the server, got the domain and created the necessary subdomains.
BTC Pay Integration
I then integrated the service with BTCPay and redesigned and styled the auction site. Then several days of testing went ahead with our community of bitcoiners.
